Alison O'Neill, a clinical research professional with over 25 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, has worked with the Company for over 6 years.

Prior to this, Alison - a chemistry graduate - worked for Beecham Pharmaceuticals researching novel penicillins and cephalosporins before moving into clinical research firstly with Gist-brocades then with Zambon where she spearheaded the creation and implementation of an international clinical research department. Alison joined the CRO business in 1991 as a project manager working across therapeutic areas with BIOS. Moving to ClinPharm to manage the company's full service CRO, Alison played a key role in establishing international capabilities across Europe, South Africa, South America and Australia.

Alison joined the Company in the UK in 2001, moving to take the role of Senior VP, Clinical Operations in the USA in 2004.
