Veteran Linda Nardone Ph.D. as Chief Operating Officer

WAYNE, PA, November 12, 2007 -- Encorium Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:
ENCO), a full service multinational contract research organization
(CRO) conducting studies in over 30 countries for many of
the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies,
today announced the appointment of Linda Nardone, Ph.D. to
the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer and
Executive Vice President. Dr. Nardone will report directly
to Kenneth M. Borow, M.D., Encorium’s President and
Chief Executive Officer, and will be based at the Company’s
corporate headquarters in Wayne, PA.

2007 Third Quarter and Nine Month Financial Highlights
• Net revenues of $7.2 million versus $3.7 million for
the comparable prior year quarter
• Net loss of $1.3 million includes $500,000 of non-cash
amortization charges from the business combination with Remedium
• Net revenues of $23.3 million for the nine months
ended September 30, 2007 versus $9.2 million for the comparable
prior year period
• Net loss of $2 million for the nine months ended September
30, 2007 includes $1.5 million of non-cash amortization charges
from the business combination with Remedium
• Net revenues in Europe increase significantly
• Backlog increased to $36.8 million at September 30,
2007 versus approximately $29.1 million as of September 30,

Encorium Group, Inc. Announces $4 Million of Awarded
New Business Contracts
WAYNE, PA, October 25, 2007 -- Encorium Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:
ENCO), a leader in the design, development, and management
of complex clinical trials and patient registries for many
of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies,
today announced the awarding of new business contracts with
an aggregate value of approximately $4 million. These contracts
are for developmental support of new clinical trials and various
changes-of-scope for existing studies. The predominant therapeutic
areas included in these contract awards are oncology, cardiovascular
diseases, and biologics/vaccines. Services to be provided
are varied and include project management, field monitoring,
data management, statistics, medical writing, and quality
assurance. Revenue recognition for several of these contracts
began in the third quarter with the remainder beginning in
the current fourth quarter. Revenue recognition will occur
on a proportional performance basis as services are performed
on each project.

Prosoft Software, Inc. (Prosoft) to provide biostatistical,
data management and consulting services relating to clinical
trial design, implementation, data analysis, and regulatory
submissions.

Clinical Trials In Women’s Health
WAYNE, PA, July 10, 2007 -- Encorium Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:

today announced that it has recently signed two new clinical
trial contracts for Women’s Health indications. The
aggregate value of the contracts is approximately $3.0 million.

a US based biotechnology company, will be conducted in Europe.

on the development of oral delivery solutions based on proprietary

comprehensive clinical and drug development solutions for
pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies
today announced an agreement that is intended to expedite
the development of Oramed’s lead product for treatment
of diabetes mellitus. Encorium Group has extensive worldwide
experience in the drug/biologics development process for a
multitude of agents and disease conditions and specifically
in diabetes, including preclinical to post-marketing support
studies. This agreement engages Encorium Group to assist Oramed
in the design, implementation, advancement, and oversight
of a sound scientific and regulatory strategic plan for the
filing and ultimate approval of Oramed’s oral insulin
product on a worldwide basis. The initial focus of this combined
effort between Oramed and Encorium Group is to assemble the
information required for the opening of an investigational

• First full quarter of consolidated operations with
Remedium Oy
• Returned to profitability with net income of $109,000,
or $0.01 per diluted share, which includes depreciation and
amortization expenses of $613,000.
• Net revenue of $8.8 million exceeded previously announced
guidance range of $7.9 million to $8.3 million
• Direct expenses decreased as a percentage of net revenue
to 57% from 85% in the first quarter of 2006 and from 64%
in the fourth quarter of 2006

Placement of Common Stock and Warrants
WAYNE, PA, May 9, 2007 -- Encorium Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENCO),
a leader in the design, development, and management of complex
clinical trials and patient registries for many of the world's
leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, today
announced that it has entered into purchase agreements with
two institutional investors for the sale of units consisting
of Encorium Common Stock and Warrants for a purchase price
of $2.86 per unit. The unit consists of 1,748,252 shares of
Common Stock and Warrants to purchase 874,126 shares of Encorium
Common Stock at an exercise price of $4.12 per share for a
period of five years, commencing six months from the date
of issuance. The transaction is expected to provide gross
proceeds of approximately $5 million to Encorium before deducting
costs associated with the offering. Savvian Advisors LLC acted
as placement agent for the sale of the units.

with an aggregate value of approximately $4.7
million. These contracts, which were signed through
our European Division, are for developmental support
of new clinical trials and various changes-of-scope
for existing studies. More than 20 clients are
represented in these contracts as well as numerous
therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular,
