Well trained, experienced Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) are the ultimate assurance for successful clinical site monitoring. Encorium CRAs are of the highest quality, with 40% holding an academic degree, 65% with a healthcare background, and less than15% annual turnover. CRAs are local to the region where the study is carried out, and understand the need for a rapport with site staff for effective communication. In line with Encorium principles, they are trained to follow the site monitoring plan methodically, and are empowered to proactively address site issues.
