Project Management

The service that Encorium delivers is highly dependent on the coordinated efforts of our Project Management team. Our Project Managers have strong clinical backgrounds and their medical expertise assists them in the conduct and oversight of the clinical trials that they manage. A key role and consideration of our Project Managers is tracking project finances to ensure that budgets remain under control and consistent with forecasts.

Our Project Management team is the primary conduit of information and a continuous source of communication to you. Every project at Encorium—from start to finish—is undertaken with an eye on accuracy, timeliness, and customer service.

In addition to the project manager, teams are also supported by clinical trial specialists (CTS) in North America who work closely with the PM in providing, vendor support, collections of regulatory documents, support the CRAs in the field and are responsible for the clinical site management.
