Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance group, which functions independently from Clinical Operations, reports directly to the President/CEO, and serves as our unbiased quality review for projects that we undertake. The efforts of this group underscore our commitment to ensuring optimal quality for every service and deliverable we provide to you. Our initiatives in quality assurance consist of advisory oversight, guidance and training to the project teams and applicable GCP audits which are not limited to study documentation audits (e.g. protocol, patient information, CRF, reports), system/process audits (e.g. Data Management, Pharmacovigilance), and/or investigational site audits, all of which are conducted in compliance with national regulatory requirements and international guidelines.
