To ensure rigor in quality assurance, the Encorium Quality Assurance group is independent of the Clinical Operations group. Quality Assurance reports directly to the CEO to ensure maximum quality in all projects. Their GCP-approved auditing activities are not limited to documentation audits, but cover the entire spectrum of activity from process to site audits. All audits are conducted in line with national regulatory requirements and international guidelines.
