Electronic Data Capture

We offer an affordable, fully validated and 21 CFA Part 11 compliant, lightweight, web-based eDC, with down-to-earth simple user interface for clinical site users.

Study Portal

Our study web portal solution brings the study community together and provides a single point of entry to all study-related IT systems, key people, communications and documents.

Document portal

Our EMC Documentum eRoom provides a web-based single point of access to all study documents, project calendar, and other critical content among CRAs, project managers and sponsor key people.

System integration and consulting services

Our IT team will work with select system vendors to make sure all systems, including sponsor’s own systems and third party vendor systems, to make sure all the system play in harmony, and data and reports are exchanged between them when.

Training and Helpdesk services

We can provide all the necessary training, including eDC training during investigator meetings or site initiations. Our helpdesk responds to phone calls and email support requests 12/5, with wider time zones available via separate contract.

EncoFax virtual FAX & notification System

Send and receive FAX messages 24/7, keep full time-stamped audit trail according to GCP, back messages up instantly as they arrive, provide web access to all messages, and notify key people via email and SMS text messages. Our EncoFax virtual FAX server system is a cure for all issues and uncertainties of traditional paper FAX machines.
